The app is compatible with devices running on iOS 10 and later.It's just been a week from when WhatsApp officially announced it will be rolling out major changes to its app. You can download the updated WhatsApp on your iPhone through the App Store. It was spotted by WhatsApp beta tracker WABetaInfo just earlier this month. The feature is also limited to iPhone users on iOS 15 and later versions. With this, users will get to see group and profile photos alongside notifications each time they get a new message. The latest update has also brought the picture in notifications feature to iPhone users. With this feature, users will have the option of getting messages from selected users even when they don’t want to be disturbed with regular notifications. WhatsApp also brought support for the Focus Mode to iPhone. The Android users is expected to get the feature in the upcoming future. The feature is currently available for iPhone owners as users. The feature was however not available to users till now. Let us tell you that, the ability to pause voice message recordings was first spotted testing in October last year. To use this new WhatsApp feature, you need to swipe up on the voice message recording feature to lock your voice recording and then tap the pause and resume buttons. With this new pause button, users can pause a voice recording in-between, listen to the voice message a bit and then if they don’t want to continue recording it they can delete it and rerecord the messaging again before sharing.
Now, the instant messaging app has added a pause button to the voice messages.

The updated WhatsApp now enables its iPhone users to pause and resume a voice messages while recording it. The new features are currently available to select iPhone users, though they will roll out to all eligible consumers over the coming weeks. The update also brings support for Focus mode that is a part of iOS 15. With the new update, iOS users has now got the ability to pause and resume voice messages while recording. The update has brought many new features for WhatsApp iOS users. WhatsApp has started rolling out version 22.2.75 of its app on iOS.
